Did you sign up for our e-mail update
and not
receive it?
We have been informed by some of our visitors that
they have not been receiving our e-mail update each time new
samplers are added to the site.
In these cases, the e-mail usually is being designated as spam
and not showing up in the individual's e-mail box.
There are a few things you can do:
-
If you aren't sure that you signed up for our update or your
e-mail address has changed, sign up again using the box to the
right. You should receive an update within 8 weeks (we update
the site every 6-8 weeks.)
-
If you remember signing up for the update and feel you should
have received an update by now, contact our
webmaster to
make sure you are on our list.
-
If you use a spam filter, make sure the following e-mail address
is designated as not being spam:
samplingsupdate@samplings.com
Each spam program is different but
usually they have a way to indicate e-mail addresses from which
you always want to receive e-mail.
-
It is possible that your ISP (your dial-up, cable or DSL service)
is blocking the e-mail as "spam." Contact your ISP
and let them know that you want to receive e-mail from "samplings.com."
If you have trouble getting them to take care of the problem,
let our webmaster know
who your ISP is so she can follow up with them.
-
If your e-mail address is part of a network, the network program
may be blocking it. Let the administrator know you want to
receive e-mail from "samplings.com."
Good luck and let us know if there are other ways we can help.
